Данный проект является результатом сотрудничества учеников и учителей школы при Посольстве РФ в Великобритании.
Основными задачами сайта являются:
* развитие языковой компетенции учащихся;
* развитие социокультурной компетенции;
* развитие умения чтения на английском языке;
* стимулирование интереса к чтению;
* вовлечение учащихся в творческую деятельность.

Why do people love to read? Some read for pleasure, others read to learn new things. People read to experience new emotions: how is it to put himself in harm’s way and save someone’s life or fell in love with a king. There is one more category of readers, those who would like to escape. People pick up an exciting book to escape their own life, forget their own problems or get rid of routines and add some excitement to their dull lives.
Another question is Why are people driven to write? As far as our students are concerned, they write to communicate their ideas and feelings which appeared as a result of their reading experience. That’s why we have decided to name our site Dialogue with the Book.
